WE PRINT
TITANIUM

Modern industrial 3D printing solutions with metals and plastics for medical and engineering applications.

Discuss Project

Technology

We use advanced Concept Laser M2 equipment for Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS/SLM), ensuring flawless quality and part density over 99.8%.

Concept Laser M2

Concept Laser M2

3D printing is performed on the Concept Laser M2 printer from GE Additive, one of the world's leading manufacturers.

Titanium Powder

Materials

Ti6Al4V Grade 23 material is certified for medical applications.

SLS printing Nylon PA12 – a 3D printing technology where a laser sinters powder material layer by layer without the need for supports. This ensures consistent surface quality across the entire model.

Formlabs Fuse 1+

Formlabs Fuse 1+

Printing is done on four Formlabs Fuse 1+ printers.

Titanium Powder

Materials

Nylon PA12 provides a tensile strength of up to 50 MPa.

FDM printing uses melted thermoplastic material (filament) extruded through a nozzle and deposited layer by layer to form a 3D object.

Bambulab A1 / P1S

Bambulab A1 / P1S

250 3D printers provide a production capacity of up to 3 tons of parts per month.

FDM Materials

Materials

PETG, ABS, PLA, TPU, Elastan, etc.
